These six-month virtual group coaching sessions allow you to join us from anywhere. Whether you are a business, non-profit or ministry leader, our female executive coaches, Connie, Rhonda and Terra, will help you process some of the most common concerns women in leadership are facing today.
Meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, at 9:00 am PST. Join live or watch the recording at your convenience.

Choose one of our experienced expert coaches to walk with you in the confidential spaces where you can customize your goals professionally, personally, or both. Whether you want to grow as a leader, develop your life and work balance, renew or restore your relationship with your God, yourself or your family, we are able to come alongside you. Generally, coaching is 1-2 sessions a month.

Cost: $225/hour

Optional 6 to 12 months packages available with visioning or family retreats included.

Being a professional mental health provider has its unique challenges. The secondary trauma, the emotional demands, and the changing expertise along the way. Our clinical coaches are here to mentor you in 1 to 2 session a month, helping you grow as a leader from the inside out. What if you used some of your CE consultation training to gain wisdom from our LW way of therapy as well as discover more of who you are and the visions for your own life? We are committed to helping helpers live with integrity for the long-haul.

More and more organizations are wising up to the benefits of sabbaticals. Taking time away from your normal rhythms of leadership is harder than we think. Having a coach to not only prepare your for your time away, help you stay engaged in your goals and rhythms of rest, but to also prepare you for re-entry can be the difference between a success or failed sabbatical. Many new clinicians are looking for mentorship and ask how they can learn from the Living Wholehearted way of trauma-informed counseling.
