Healthy leaders know what they need and can tune-in to the needs of others. This can take time and practice, so be patient with yourself.
We suggest starting a daily habit of journaling for just 10 minutes. Ideally, grab a pen and paper and take inventory of your inner world.
Ask yourself the following questions as you journal:
Where am I holding the most tension in my body?
Name the emotion.
What would it say if it could talk?
What does it need to feel more calm?
Now advocate for that very need.
