for the EXECUTIVE

Emerging or seasoned business, ministry, or non-profit leaders

  • This two year co-ed cohort is for any business, ministry, or non-profit executive who is looking for a community of like-minded leaders and is ready to live a more wholehearted life of integrity.

    Includes:

    Twenty 90-minute virtual gatherings with Living Wholehearted Coaches and exclusive guest speakers

    Direct individual and group mentoring with Jeff & Terra Mattson and other Living Wholehearted Executive Coaches

    Individual executive coaching over 2 years - up to 15 hrs

    Four, two-day retreats at the Living Wholehearted Lodge and Retreat in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. (Overnight lodging for retreats is provided. Travel for retreats is not included.)

  • WOMEN’S WHOLEHEARTED LEADERSHIP COHORT

    This ONE-YEAR cohort is for any women who is in business, ministry, or non-profit leadership and is ready to become a wholehearted leader, finding a pathway forward to live out of her God-given design at home, work, and in the community.

    *Optional two year extension is available at the end of the one year.

    7 virtual group sessions

    10 Individual executive coaching

  • Total Cost:

    One Year: $6,000 or $500/ for 12 months

    Optional Two Year: $10,000 or $420/ for 24 months

    This cohort package is worth $9-15,000+ when services are done a la carte.

  • The next Women’s Cohort will launch in August of 2024 and will continue for 12 months or 24 months. We have room for 10-12 female leaders per cohort.

    Individual sessions are scheduled in-person or virtually at your convenience. We have leaders from all over the country join these cohorts. Virtual group sessions will be held every-other-month on the 3rd Thursday, 11:00-12:30 p.m. PT via the Circles platform.

Emerging or seasoned male business leaders

  • This 1 year men's cohort (with an optional 2nd year) is for any Christian business executive who is looking for a community of like-minded leaders and is ready to live a more wholehearted life of integrity.

    Includes:

    SIX 90-minute virtual gatherings, held the third Tuesday of the designated months, 8:30am-10am PST (designated months - Jan., Mar., Jun. Aug., Oct. Dec. ).

    TEN individual executive coaching sessions over 1 year with assigned Living Wholehearted executive coach (scheduled directly with your coach).

    2- two-day retreats at the Living Wholehearted Lodge and Retreat in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. (Overnight lodging for retreats is provided. Travel for retreats is not included.)

    Optional 2 year: dates and times will be customized with your coach and will include:

  • Yes!

    Leaders who are willing to travel to the beautiful state of Oregon for the four in-person retreats have enjoyed our cohorts. Note that only our Executive and Helper’s two-year cohorts include the overnight lodging.

  • We would want nothing more for emerging leaders (generally mid 20s and 30s) to get their baggage down to carry-on size before they accept the larger responsibilities. Many high-capacity leaders are given positions of leadership well before they are ready for the mantel. Now is the time to join one of our cohorts and prepare the way for a life of integrity where you can learn from a range of expertises, ages, and cultures.

  • Many seasoned leaders (ages 40+) feel like they have been there and done that. However, less than 70% of leaders finish well because of the on-going demand and isolation of leadership. The next generation needs you to continue to do your work to align your values and your actions. Learning from a diverse group of leaders (expertise, gender, ages, and cultures), you will have a space to be seen, heard, known, and then refresh your vision for what’s to come. As one seasoned pastor said, “This was the experience I never knew I needed.”

  • We define a leader as anyone with a following. If you are a parent or a CEO of a fortune 500 company, you are a leader! These cohorts are for those at the top of their org chart or soon to be, as well as founders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, social influencers and more. If you are a high-capacity leader with or without a title in this season, apply to the appropriate cohort and see what happens! We trust that if you are drawn to this experience, we have something to offer you and those you lead.

  • Most leadership books, cohorts, and coaching revolves around performance development. Though we are all about helping you grow skills and provide practical tools, these cohorts are focused on who you are as a person. Most leaders are missed by those they lead - seen as the “go-to-gal or guy” and very few have been given a chance to fully be seen, known, and unravel the layers of their story, wiring, and unhealthy coping strategies (we all have them!) We have a unique blend of trauma-informed clinical, biblical, and relational wisdom that infuses these cohort. And… our retreats are in the beautiful state of Oregon. It’s almost like heaven.

  • Yes! We have generous partners who see the value of healthy and wholehearted leaders and provide partial scholarships to a limited number of cohort participants each year. We know that many times finances can keep non-profit and ministry leaders from getting the coaching and professional support they need, which sadly causes a ripple effect of damage to those they serve. Though Living Wholehearted is a for-profit entity, we partner with the National Association for Family Ministries, who offers supporters a chance to sponsor a leader like you with a tax-deductible donation! In ideal situations, leaders ask someone who already believes in their leadership and mission to support them through one of our cohorts or retreats. However, for those who do not have access to such a network, we have built amazing partnerships with those who see the eternal impact of helping leaders live and lead with integrity. Apply and note that a scholarship is needed.
