The difference between a wholehearted leader who is healthy and a leader who is not, is that wholehearted leaders have processed their story. They have done the work to get their baggage down to carry on size and have come to learn who they are BECAUSE of their story, not despite it. God uses everything. The good. The bad. The ugly. And, the funny.

Molly Stillman is the host of the Can I Laugh on Your Shoulder? podcast and a sought-after speaker. The lifestyle blog she started in 2007, Still Being Molly, is a community for women who love ethical style, clean beauty, parenting, funny stories, and serving in their communities. Her deep passion lies in inspiring women to know they were created on purpose, with a purpose, and for a purpose. Molly lives with her husband John, children Lilly and Amos, and various and sundry animals on a small farm in Durham, North Carolina.
